Structured Distilled Water Kombucha
I began making structured distilled water kombucha since April 2109, even while living in India. A cell food probiotic which helps maintain an alkaline biodome terrain less amenable to parasites, kombucha is a healthy, life-giving and healing alternative to fermented or carbonated drinks. Now I make so much I can offer it to others, and am pleased to offer it here. Kombucha complements the Detox lifestyle, and should be a diet staple. If you are considering trying it, try mine! I will also be offering Scobys (mothers) with instructions.
This is the most delicious Kombucha I have ever had, and that is what every person who tastes it says! The flavor is fruity, delicate and somewhere between an apple-soft spring flower fragrance. It is made with my distilled water which is then double filtered through a LifeStraw pitcher and never touches plastic, the tea is brewed in enamel-ware pots and this is a vegan home: no animal DNA ever enters into the process. The sugar is raw, non-GMO natural-brown cane sugar. The tea I use is labelled non-GMO too, but well, at this point we can only hope. I control what I can. The results are amazing, though, and the I drink up to a half-gallon a day. Needless to say, I have a flat abdomen, quiet and efficient gut, and have never felt as healthy as I do now.
